Dear Zazzle User, Zazzle has been working hard since launching in 2005 to create a world-class website powered by exciting new technology and the world's imagination. In the last year alone we've optimized the onsite shopping experience, added great new product types, and continue to build industry-leading technology to support a growing population of Zazzle Sellers, Zazzle Associates, and Zazzle Customers. The result of the combined efforts of Zazzle Customers, Zazzle Sellers, Zazzle Associates, and Zazzle Team Members is that we've grown to dizzying heights, and we're not done yet! As we continue to improve Zazzle, we need to improve the way we interact with our users, which is why we are updating the Zazzle Terms of Service, the agreement between us (Zazzle) and you (the Zazzle User). The updated Terms of Service will positively enhance your relationship with Zazzle and strengthen the amazing Zazzle Community. See below for key changes coming to Zazzle's Terms of Service. Highlights of Key Changes User Agreement: There is now a distinct class of products called, "Accessories." These are additional products that a Zazzle User can purchase while shopping for a standard product on Zazzle (ex: frames for photo tiles). While Accessories will still qualify for referrals, they will not qualify for royalties. Reviews and comments are now specified as non-confidential information. We've updated the rules regarding what is considered acceptable behavior in the Zazzle Community and what user conduct is prohibited. We have provided new guidelines regarding the use of our Intellectual Property.   Non-Exclusive License: To curb tag spamming, there is a new policy that requires that you accurately tag your products, discourages tag spam, and explains how we will enforce compliance with the policy. Special sales and marketing programs no longer qualify for "name your own royalty" or "volume bonus." We have updated the minimum payment thresholds and processing fees for earnings payments by check or PayPal. We are now requiring documentary evidence in the unfortunate event of the passing or incapacitation of a Zazzle Seller. Shipping and Returns: In an effort to reduce the effect of returned products, we now reserve the right to donate undeliverable and returned products to charity. We are adding an option to apply Zazzle credits to accounts for refunds and replacements. To see the complete new Terms of Service, go here.
